Even though we arrived an hour past check in. Seems this is ample time for rooms to be made ready.We did request a 'Smoking Room' at the last minute, so it was explained that they do a 'Deep Cleaning', and that takse additonal time.
Always enjoy our time at Harrah's Cherokee.but after a 14 hour drive to get there,it would be nice if or room woud be ready.Especially if check in is 4:00 p.m., and check out is 11:00 a.m.
